Heatcraft recall program announced in most state newspapers - All Williams customer lists, contact details and model references have been supplied to Heatcraft where they may have affected components. Confirmed entry into Heatcraft contact database.

On October 1 st , 2004 Heatcraft announced a National recall program relating to some models of Kirby compressors. These compressors are installed in many refrigeration appliances and applications including some equipment manufactured and supplied by Williams Refrigeration Australia. Please note that this recall program covers a far wider range of equipment beyond that just supplied by Williams Refrigeration. You may have equipment from other suppliers and installers that is affected.
Williams Refrigeration Australia is working with Heatcraft to help identify all owners of equipment that may be affected. Heatcraft will contact all customers that may have their product that could be affected.
